Welcome to Trinity Therapeutic Services in Otsego!
We are the three owners of Trinity Therapeutic Services, Allison Benz- LMFT, Ann Melde-Rahe- LPCC, and Ellen O’Brien- LMFT. We have had the privilege of providing care to the Twin Cities and surrounding areas for over 10 years, and are excited to continue care directly in our own community.
At Trinity we practice from a place of self-empowerment as to nurture healing and strength in our clients. This allows our clients to feel safe, valued, and develop a sense of belonging in their lives. Our practice is centered around exploring and creating a connection between ones mind, body, and spirit.
Our team believes that health, or rather thriving is experienced when we are able to navigate life with stability, purpose, and connection. We believe that everyone has an innate ability to thrive; harnessing peace and power from within. As one nurtures their thriving, one is able to move through their challenges utilizing them as opportunities for growth.
At Trinity we collaborate with our clients to nurture a calm and steady mindset leaning into movement and acceptance of the natural and unpredictable flow of life. We understand how vulnerable and difficult it can be to initiate care, as such we work with our clients to set the pace, identify goals, develop skills, and ultimately heal.
Our Trinity team has extensive training and experience in trauma informed care. This includes working with clients who have experienced highly stressful or traumatic events in their lives including- first responders, military personal, police officers, doctors, nurses, therapists, and public service employees. Our team also specializes in working with parents, couples, individuals, as well as in perinatal care.
